In December 2023, we organized the campaign 'Nutella - Give Your Love As A Gift This Christmas!'
The activation mechanics included a game of chance, purchasing the product, uploading the receipt to the landing page with an integrated SmartPromo solution, and winning an award!

The campaign objectives were to provide a reliable solution to decrease frauds, especially during NCP campaigns, create a better customer journey, offer real-time analytics on campaign results, provide shopping baskets at the end of each campaign (if we have the clients permission!), and furnish conclusions with steps for improvement for the next game of chance activation.
By providing landing pages for all campaigns with an integrated smart app solution, we opted for a unique 'easy-to-use' OCR solution instead of the commonly used SMS solutions on the market. This OCR solution, equipped with an ML algorithm, was implemented for scanning bills.
As a result, we successfully reduced fraud to less than 0.2%. Additionally, we collected information from the bills and organized it into reports, presenting the real-time results of all activations across the entire country.
